Solution to Last Game Revisited

I hope you had a chance to look at this problem. There is a big difference between the two moves. One draws, one loses. You'd hate to play a three or four hour game to get to this point, then not take a moment to calculate, and throw it all away. The King must go to to b6. Not thinking and playing a3 will lose.

Rhenium won 2.5 to 1.5. Now at 1 of 2 match points. Tellurium got a draw to go to .5 match points. Selenium won yet again 2.5 to 1.5 to go to a perfect 2 match points. Niobium had a setback but still has 1 match point. Rubidium also had a tough week but has 1 match point.
